Unica Vegan: vegan base for creamy ice creams and sorbets, with water or plant drink (100 g + 200/250 g sugar + 1,000 g)

Unica Lactose Free: complete base for use with lactose-free milk (200 g + 1,000 g milk + 150/160 g sugar)

Bacchus: sugar-balanced base for ice cream made with beer, wines or spirits, allowing a wide variety of recipes with fermented and distilled drinks (sample recipe: 420 g base + 9 g Supersoft + 450 g sugar + 1,400 g beer and 1,300 g water)
