Excellent range ice creams

Most come in 6.5 L tubs; some also in 3 L or 8 L (pure chocolate, turrón with pieces). The display case is the shop window for bulk ice cream: the catalog recommends alternating colours and placing the hardest creams at the ends and the softest in the centre, keeping the cabinet at –16 to –18 °C (switching it on 3 hours before loading) and wetting and rinsing scoops and spades between uses.
