The IMA hot kneader, made in Spain by Industria de Maquinaria para Alimentación (Cabrera de Mar, Barcelona), is designed for any dough or sauce that needs fast, even cooking, and is especially suited to croquette dough.

Available in 25 L (220 V 50 Hz, 3.5 kW, 0.3 HP motor, 60 kg, 150 x 62 x 53 cm) and 50 L (220 or 380 V three-phase, 6.5 kW, 0.5 HP motor, 95 kg, 160 x 67 x 61 cm). For the Americas the power supply can be adapted to the local voltage.
